If that's the case, either make an exception in your anti-virus for the original RAR file (& the game folder after extracting it) or head over to your firewall settings & allow the app to run from there. Check to make sure you extracted the full folder from the RAR file correctly, otherwise it could be your anti-virus or firewall that's causing this.
